Kristin Bredimus: Healing as a Community
October 28 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
$25
Join Spiritual Consultant Kristin Bredimus and friends for an afternoon of self love and self care as we continue to explore healing as a community. Over the course of the afternoon attendees will deepen their connection to their mind, body, and spirit through Qi-Gong, ceremonial Cacao, and meditation. We will explore the Mineral and Plant Kingdoms as allies as we tend to the “light body”; expanding the heart field and ultimately connecting to the frequency of Universal Love. Additionally, attendees will discover the transformational practice of ho’oponopono, a traditional Hawaiian practice that aids us in improving our relationship with ourselves, with others, and our world.
Event Overview:
1. Open the day with an offering of sacred smoke as participants arrive
2. Together we will co-create intentions for self love and self care
3. Healing Practitioner AJ will set a crystal grid to sanctify space, amplifying our collective intentions and healing
4. Ariel Szabo, a medicine woman, will share the heart opening plant allies, Cacao and Rose*, to support you in deepening your connection to the frequency of love
5. We will explore ho’oponopono, cultivating compassion
6. Through meditation and intention, we will connect to the frequency of Universal Love
