Alnoba’s Pinnacle Leadership Center has 30 years of experience providing experiential training that uses learning in nature, in the classroom, on an aerial park, and on a professional high ropes course to teach team building and leadership development. Together, we can offer you skilled facilitators to develop and deliver expert training or access to self-guided initiatives.
High-Challenge Ropes Course
Our professional ropes course is a challenging outdoor personal development and team building activity constructed in trees and using a belay system.
Adventure Aerial Park
Alnoba hosts a 140-foot, state-of-the-art, 20-element ropes course. The imaginative design of this course uses self-belay lanyards, allowing 30+ people to move independently through the course without the need for a team belay from below. The course layout creates the ideal opportunity for risk-taking, overcoming challenges, teamwork, and creative problem solving.
Hiking and Nature Exploration
Enjoy miles of walking trails throughout the property for self-guided hiking or running. Nature guides are available upon request.
Yoga and Meditation Classes
We offer yoga classes for all levels inside in our on-site studio or outside on the lawn. Meditation and mindfulness classes can be designed to support your specific goals. Learn more about our Alnoba Peace Foundation programs.
The Alnoba Peace Foundation
In 2018, we launched this foundation with Manny Muros to educate, inspire, and cultivate a way of living that is in harmony with our natural world and with our fellow citizens. We offer three workshop modules for either half-day or full-day programs for groups: Cultivating Creativity, Cultivating Well-Being in All Aspects of Your Life, and Cultivating Peace & Stillness in the Midst of Change & Challenges. Manny will work directly with individuals and groups to create the internal shift in perception for a new reality to emerge, promoting a life-style where well-being in all aspects of our life is present.
