Just a mile down the road from Alnoba, our sister organization The Farm at Eastman’s Corner is Alnoba’s key catering partner for smaller events. A community-governed, year-round farm and farm market, Eastman’s Corner is a model for economic and environmental sustainability, food production, and education.
In addition to the year-round farm market, the site also includes 11 greenhouses, a community gathering space, an animal yard, and two commercial kitchens. All of these facilities are available to groups visiting Alnoba.
Eastman’s Corner grows their own ingredients, or buys directly from local farms and artisans, to ensure that our guests enjoy the freshest produce, dairy, and meats, while supporting our farmer neighbors and local economy. Using fresh local ingredients also helps to preserve natural resources and reduce our carbon footprint by cutting down on the distance our food travels and our dependence on corporate food production.
Fresh From the Farm Dining
Our menus feature seasonal produce, humanely raised meats, cage-free eggs, and hormone-free dairy. The honey for your tea comes from hives just down the road, and the maple syrup on your pancakes is made from the trees right outside the center. Alnoba emphasizes fresh, local, and healthy foods that are nourishing to the body and the soul.
The Farm offers a range of grab-and-go sandwiches, sides, salads and soups. Our made-to-order menu includes paninis, smoothies, grain bowls, sandwiches and kids’ items. Hot dinner specials are available daily. Refrigerator cases in the store are also stocked with take-and-heat options like chicken parmesan and shepherd’s pie.
All of our food is prepared from scratch right here at The Farm at Eastman’s Corner.
