Tomorrow’s Women

Founded in 2003 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Tomorrow’s Women began as the non-profit organization “Creativity for Peace.”

Their founders, humanitarian Rachel Kaufman, artist/filmmaker Debra Sugerman, and peace activist/writer Anael Harpaz believed in the pivotal role that young women could play in transforming the Middle East conflict using empathy, compassion, and creativity as tools for transformation.

Now, 23 years into their work, our 700+ alumni continue to use their new skills and their dedication and compassion to forge a path for coexistence.
