Nature Therapy Session: With Rooted Rose Recreation

Event Overview:
Join Erika Halaby of Rooted Rose Recreation and Wellness LLC for a transformative Nature Therapy Session on the beautiful Alnoba property, inspired by the practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest bathing). This immersive experience uses guided breathwork, mindfulness, and time in nature to deepen our connection to the land, ourselves, and all beings.
Inspired by animistic and shamanic traditions, you’ll explore the interconnectedness of life while moving gently through Alnoba’s woods and art installations. Along the way, you’ll receive educational insights on flora and fauna, pause for reflection, and honor the wisdom of those who have come before us.
What to expect: Opening circle, guided nature walk, mindfulness practices, nature education, and a closing share.
What to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, water, a small journal (optional), and an open heart and mind.
We look forward to walking with you.
