Kundalini Yoga & Gong Healing

Welcome to Kundalini Yoga & Gong Healing! Join us at Alnoba for a rejuvenating experience that combines the power of Kundalini yoga with the healing vibrations of gong therapy.
Kundalini is said to be a powerful, primal energy that represents the unmanifested potential within each one of us. Together we will harness & ignite this transformative power & energy. This kundalini yoga practice will include mantra, mudra, meditation, breathwork and kriya poses. We will clear blockages, open energy channels and elevate our vibration. This class will allow us to move forward through these busy and stressful times with greater clarity & harmony.
What is a kriya?
A kriya is a set of postures, movements, or breathwork, when all performed in sequence, will lead the body and mind to a desired outcome. (ex stress-relief, heart opener, nervous system reset, glandular balancing…)
This in-person event is designed to help you relax, release tension, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this unique session will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to nurture yourself and connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful setting. We can’t wait to see you there!
About Katie Guyer
Katie started her teaching experience on the spin bike & eventually found her way onto the mat. It’s been a love affair ever since. She received her 200 hr Yoga Alliance hatha certification at A Yoga Practice in Georgetown, MA in 2014 & followed that up with a 200 hour kundalini certification at The Ashram in Millis, Ma in 2020. She has found both practices to be incredibly healing & incorporates pranayama, meditation & the healing gong into both Hatha & kundalini flows.
Katie lives in Georgetown, Ma with husband Eric, 4 kids & their crazy rescue pup, Luna. Her happy place is on the mat, at the beach, hiking, biking & learning more every day in every way!!
