Loretta shares the transformative framework from her new book Calling In, a powerful approach to engage across difference, strengthen relationships, and advance justice without sacrificing humanity. Learn how calling in (not canceling) becomes the courageous path to connection and real change.

11:15 AM–12:30 PM: Fear Less, Lead More: The Power of Risk Taking
This interactive workshop invites participants to explore the power of taking smart, intentional risks in their leadership and careers. Together, participants will examine what “risk” means to them, uncover internal and external barriers that may hold them back, and celebrate examples of bold, thoughtful risk-taking.

Through guided reflection and discussion, each leader will identify meaningful risks they are ready to embrace to advance their impact, confidence, and growth.

1:30–2:15 PM: Performance & Conversation
