SHINE Into Autumn: Gathering with Andrea Frasier
Join Andrea Frasier, Reiki Master Teacher and founder of The Shine School, for SHINE Into Autumn—a restorative Autumn Equinox workshop at Alnoba. In this two-hour community gathering, you’ll explore the theme of balance, honoring both what you’re ready to release and the gifts you wish to carry forward into the new season.
Andrea will guide you through grounding movement, guided meditation, and a blend of practical and spiritual rituals inspired by her SHINE principles (Sensitive Awareness, Harmony, Integrity, Noticing the Good, and Elevated Thoughts).
