Awaken your Senses: Meditative Nature Walk w/ Karyl Misserville

Meet Karyl at the Welcome House adjacent to parking lot.
Start your day with calm, connection, and quiet joy.
Join us for a mindful morning walk designed to ground you in the present moment and reconnect you with your senses and surroundings. Led by yoga and meditation teacher Karyl Misserville (of our popular Tea House yoga series), this guided experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and notice the richness of the world around you: birdsong, breeze, inspiring sculptures, and the rhythmic motion of your own steps.
Mindful walking is a simple yet powerful practice that nourishes peace, clarity, and presence. As we tune into the sensations of walking—feet meeting earth, lungs filling with morning air—we awaken to the beauty of now.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this gentle outdoor experience will help you carry calm awareness into the rest of your day.
