DESCRIPTION:*Located at our 1848 Barn 199 South Road Kensington\, NH 03833\nSpiritual Consultant Kristin Bredimus joins Alnoba at the 1884 Barn on July 22\, 2023 for an afternoon of healing and gentle respite. Through ceremony\, ritual\, meditation\, and imagination\, Kristin will guide attendees in amplifying the energies of the Earth and the Cosmos\, returning to the right relationship with themselves and the planet. By returning to nature\, we are returned to our natural state of being\, and begin to surrender our collective trauma; repairing the body\, mind\, and spirit. \nThe afternoon will open with a smudging ceremony of sacred herbs as offering for the seven directions\, as we gather as a community. In circle we will begin to surrender the energetic weight of the last few years through meditation and fire ritual. We will cultivate a sense of oneness through wonder\, exploring the forest\, field\, and wetland that surrounds the barn at Alnoba.
