SUMMARY:Your Inner Canvas With Kathleen Ford
DESCRIPTION:Your Inner Canvas With Kathleen Ford\nThursday\, May 21st from 5PM to 8PM\nLocation: 1848 Barn at 199 South Rd. Kensington\, NH\nDoors open at 4pm for an opportunity to walk the grounds. \nJoin Certified Health and Life Coach\, Kathleen Ford\, for a special event! Artistic talent or knowledge is not necessary\, and this exercise is useful and available to anyone! \nAbout The Event \nThis is an immersive soul-art experience that guides participants into the subtle \nrealms of intuition\, inner knowing\, and non-verbal communication. Through \nmeditative attunement\, creative exploration\, and embodied expression\, each \nperson discovers the quiet language of their soul and translates it onto canvas. \nThis workshop blends: \n\nintuitive telepathic connection\nenergetic awareness\nsomatic sensing\nvisual art\npersonal symbolism\ncontemplative reflection\n\nWorkshop Intention \nTo help participants access the wisdom within themselves by listening to the \nsubtle communications of their body\, emotions\, and energetic field and express \nthat wisdom through art. \nThis is a journey inward\, where the canvas becomes a mirror of the soul. \n\nSharing – Allowing time and space for all who want to share their experiences\n\n  \nRefund and Weather Policy \nTickets are non-refundable. Please note that all events at Alnoba are rain or shine. If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather you will receive an email notification. If you do not get an email notifying you that the event is cancelled\, that means the event is still going forward as scheduled. \nBUY TICKETS\n  \n\nAbout Kathleen Ford:\nSince I was a child I had the ability to see colors and images around others in my presence and in my thoughts. I inherently knew information for or about others through the colors and images that surrounded them. I do not remember when or how I realized that this was not how everyone around me was operating. I do not remember a particular conversation or event that made this so\, but from an early age I knew this was something I needed to keep to myself. I grew up in the 1950’s and I believe the consciousness available in the common field at that time contributed to the feelings of shame\, fear\, and separateness that became a way of life for me. I grew up in a large Irish Catholic family that held no limit of drama and chaos from which I withdrew to a quiet space with my friends; Roberta and Sheila. Although Roberta and Sheila were very real to me\, and again I do not know how\, when\, or why\, but I knew not to speak of them to others. Their presence in my life brought me both comfort and anguish…another way that I was different\, and as time went on I held a belief that I did not belong here. \nI tell you this because it sets the stage for the trajectory of my life experiences. I spent most of my life denying who I was and trying to be like everyone else. I believed if I could make the external world look like I was taught it should be\, that I would be alright. I did what I was supposed to do\, I got married\, I had children I got my BSN and became a Registered Nurse. When that did not work\, I got my MBA and became a Healthcare Executive. The experiences went on and on and eventually I became disillusioned with the belief that anything could make me feel like I belonged here. \nMy disillusionment grew into despair\, and I began to ask for and search for help. Over forty years ago I had been introduced to a spiritual path through a 12 step program\, and although at the time I held no belief that this would do anything that would help me\, the seed was planted. Over time I became involved with other spiritual teachings\, all of which contributed to my healing. \n\n\n\nFrom Mindfulness teachings with Jon Kabat Zin\, to A Course in Miracles\, a long list of Spiritual Teachers\, I became a student of the Violet Flame\, and much more. About eight years ago I was introduced to a Spiritual Mentor and Healer\, Kristin Bredimus\, who through pure love and compassion has shown me how to step into my True Self and be seen. About five years ago I became a student of the Energies of Melchizedek and I continue to grow\, heal\, and expand my awareness of the unseen. \nEveryday I experience real joy and real purpose. I humbly share my gifts with the world as part of the whole giving permission to others to do the same\, for the benefit of all. \n\n\n\nCredentials: \n\nIntuitive Artist\, Channel\, Psychic Medium\, Energy Reader\nCertified Health and Life Coach\, Certified Mindfulness Practitioner BSN\, RN\, MBA\, Certified Health Care Management

SUMMARY:Alnoba Art Tours with Joseph Gray 2026

Ask questions\, share your thoughts\, and get inspired! \nGray has been working with stone for four decades and has more pieces in Alnoba’s extensive outdoors art collection than any other artist. His unique\, spiritually-inspired sculptures can be found nestled across our campus. \nYour tour will include both Gray’s work and his unique insights into other pieces by internationally renowned artists in the Alnoba collection. \nGray creates his pieces using the ancient\, hands-on technique of hammer and chisel. “There are thousands of chips of stone lying around my sculpture\,” he says. “I have taken an eight ton block of granite and turned it into a small girl walking out of fire in a Holocaust tribute. To most people that would seem impossible. I do not think that way.” \nAs part Abenaki\, Gray believes his Native American background plays a key role in his art. “It connects me with the earth and nature… When I am carving an ancestor or spirit animal\, I do not know what I am carving when I start. I can feel my ancestors guiding me. It is a spiritual experience for me and I lose myself in every sculpture.” \nNotes and Guidelines\n\nMeet Gray in the parking lot before the tour start time. SUMMARY:Original Art Tours 2026
DESCRIPTION:Original Art Tours (price $15) 10am-12pm \nExplore the eclectic\, international collection of outdoor art on Alnoba’s 600 acre forested property. \nAll proceeds donated to support Kensington’s Sawyer Park. \nWalk roughly 120 minutes long along wooded trails with some mildly uneven terrain. \nAbout The Event \nAlnoba’s renowned art collection was created to inspire\, delight\, challenge\, and provoke. \nHere\, art isn’t something precious admired from a distance. It’s bold and wild\, springing from Alnoba’s unique natural landscape and daring you to engage. \nThe collection includes masterworks by some of the most respected artists of our age\, including Andy Goldsworthy\, Orly Genger\, Jaume Plensa\, John Lopez\, Allan Houser and Ursula von Rydingsvard. We are excited to share with you our brand new art including a whimsical journey through winding willow branches formed by Patrick Doherty. \nOn your tour\, our enthusiastic volunteer guides will introduce you to the stories behind the artists and their work. Many of our pieces represent vital themes of social justice and sustainability\, challenging us all to go one step further than we thought we could toward a better world. \nGuided Tour Details \n\nWalk starts at 10AM promptly and lasts for roughly 120 minutes. Please make sure you are in the parking lot before then. Guide will meet you there. Guests who arrive after the group has departed will not be able to join the tour.\nGuests must stay with the guide at all times.\nPlease dress appropriately for exploring the outdoors. In winter\, snow boots\, insulated clothes\, snow pants\, walking sticks and ice spikes are recommended. In summer\, please wear casual clothes\, hiking boots\, and bring bug spray and sunscreen.\nBe prepared to walk at an easy pace\, with some breaks\, for the full ninety minutes.\nAlnoba’s buildings are closed. Walkers may use the portable restroom in our parking lot.\nNo dogs are permitted on the property.\nThis is a walking tour only – no bicycles.\nSnowshoes are welcome when there is snow on the ground. We have limited pairs available to borrow or you may bring your own.\n\n*Due to its location\, the guided tour will not include Andy Goldsworthy\, “Boulder House”. \nThe tour takes place outdoors\, sometimes on uneven terrain\, with a roughly 2 mile walk. The area around Andy Goldsworthy’s “Watershed Boulder” requires a climb up a fairly steep hill that may be difficult for those with mobility issues. \nRefund and Weather Policy \nTickets are non-refundable. Please note that all events at Alnoba are rain or shine. If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather you will receive an email notification. If you do not get an email notifying you that the event is cancelled\, that means the event is still going forward as scheduled. \nPrivate Tours Also Available \nEvents full or looking for another date? We offer private art tours for $150 for up to 12 people. Available weekdays only and must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Call Claire at 603.418.7412 to book. \nYour Ticket Purchase Supports Getting Kids Outside \nAll proceeds from these events go to support Kensington’s Sawyer Park. This public park is 30+ acres of safe\, beautifully-maintained space where families from across the Seacoast gather to meet\, play and enjoy the outdoors. All proceeds from this event are donated and ticket sales are therefore nonrefundable. \nBUY TICKETS
