Join us for a four course farm-to-table culinary experience.

This one-of-a-kind dinner will be held at Alnoba featuring Certified Executive Chef, Jared St. Amand  and the award winning team from The Food Barn at Eastman’s Corner. 

5:30pm – 6:00pm Cash Bar & Reception

6:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner

$85 per person


First Course 

Roasted Cauliflower and broccolini salad with marinated sunflower seeds, pomegranate and pickled apple tossed in a pumpkin vinaigrette. Paired with Labell Winery Gewurztraminer

Second Course 
Candied pork belly with apple bacon relish and cinnamon apple cider reduction. Paired with Grape time vineyard granny smith Riesling

Third Course 
Braised Flat boned chicken Quarter with golden raisin, sage and polenta stuffed delicatta squash with pea puree and natural pan reduction. Paired with Flag Hill Apple Cranberry wine

Fourth Course 
Caramel apple crème brulee garnished with apple glass paired with Moonlight Meadery Kurts Apple Pie
