Kristin Bredimus: Healing as a Community

Spiritual Consultant Kristin Bredimus joins Alnoba at the 1884 Barn on July 22, 2023 for an afternoon of healing and gentle respite. Through ceremony, ritual, meditation, and imagination, Kristin will guide attendees in amplifying the energies of the Earth and the Cosmos, returning to the right relationship with themselves and the planet. By returning to nature, we are returned to our natural state of being, and begin to surrender our collective trauma; repairing the body, mind, and spirit.

The afternoon will open with a smudging ceremony of sacred herbs as offering for the seven directions, as we gather as a community. In circle we will begin to surrender the energetic weight of the last few years through meditation and fire ritual. We will cultivate a sense of oneness through wonder, exploring the forest, field, and wetland that surrounds the barn at Alnoba. Together we co-create a vision for the highest potential of our lives and for the planet.

• Opening ceremony: Smudging of guests, creating scared space, opening circle.
• Introductions and welcome message.
• Community share of collective trauma followed by fire ceremony to release what no longer serves us.
• Mindful exploration of the natural environment as medicine and muse.
• Guided meditation, envisioning wellness, peace, and harmony.
• Crafting “spirit” arrows to call in co-created intentions.
• Closing ceremony.

If you do not get an email notifying you that the event is cancelled, that means the event is still going forward as scheduled.
