February 2020 Farm to Table Dinner

Celebrate eating local and support your neighborhood farms as Alnoba’s award-winning Farm to Table Dinner series relaunches for 2020 on February 29th.

Jared St. Amand, executive chef for The Farm at Eastman’s Corner, will craft a four course menu featuring cream, butter and cheese from Brookford Farm and other locally-sourced ingredients. Each course is accompanied by a perfectly paired wine.
Dinner is served in the Alnoba Great Room, a soaring space with reclaimed timber floors, locally-sourced granite fireplace and works by internationally renowned artists.
ABOUT THE FARMS
Brookford Farm is a first generation, family-owned farm located on the Merrimack River valley in Canterbury, NH. Their herd of heritage breed cattle are 100% grass fed, producing dairy and meat with exceptional flavor and nutritional value. Owners Catarina and Luke Mahoney are committed to practices that nurture the land, enriching and sustaining the soil so that both we and future generations can enjoy its bounty.
The Farm at Eastman’s Corner is a community-governed, year-round farm, café and market. It serves as a model for economic and environmental sustainability, food production and education.

6:00PM – 9PM | Seated four course dinner with wine pairings in the Alnoba great room
Tickets $85 per person
Includes four course dinner with wine pairings. Tax and gratuity included.
Seating is not assigned. Alnoba’s Farm to Table Dinners are a community event where our guests eat together at long shared tables.
This event will only be cancelled in the event of an official NWS winter storm or ice watch. If it is cancelled, guests will be given the open of a refund or to forward their reservation to our next farm to table dinner.
