About Manny Muros
Guided by his own spiritual awakening in his mid 30s, Manny has synthesized major spiritual & wisdom traditions and their teachings into practical, common sense concepts and practices that allow us to see life from an interconnected holistic perspective. Manny served for many years as owner and Spiritual Director of the Yoga Center of Newburyport. We are fortunate to have Manny as an integral part of Alnoba’s work of making a difference in our world.
