October 17 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Located at Alnoba 24 Cottage Rd. Kensington, NH
Thursday, October 17th from 5pm-7pm
Doors open at 4pm for an opportunity to explore our grounds.

Susan and Laurie, who practice as bioenergetics psychotherapists, are excited to introduce the unique body/mind approach to psychotherapy and life called Bioenergetics Analysis. Susan and Laurie will offer an overview of bioenergetics theory, describe how it works, and lead the group in experiential exercises. The exercises help us pay attention to bodily sensations and feelings to foster greater well-being, combining verbal and non-verbal messages for increased satisfaction in relationships, and deepening our breathing in order to expand aliveness and vitality. We invite you to join us!
