Executive Vice President, Social Mission

Martha has worked directly with the Lewis Family for more than 25 years. She started her tenure leading the Grand Circle Foundation with a mission to give back to the people and places where the Lewis Family’s companies under Grand Circle Corporation travel. She then served as the company’s first head of corporate culture and eventually oversaw the People and Culture division for the worldwide organization. Martha helped launch the Lewis Family Foundation’s CollegeWorks initiative and the social mission work of Alnoba.

A firm believer that you can lead from anywhere and the importance of a strong values-based culture, she has participated in, developed and lead Pinnacle programs for two decades. She has worked with individual leaders and teams at all levels of corporate and nonprofit organizations to help improve performance.
